How to Store The Bread

Bread is the embodiment of nature, and it changes like the seasons.

For the first 1-2 days, leave fresh bread in brown bag to preserve that crusty-crunchy-crust. If you prefer a softer crust: pop into plastic bag or wrap.

I recommend freezing the bread within 3 days of purchasing fresh loaf if you don’t plan to finish it within 5 days. Totally your call!

METHOD 1: Slice and freeze! Now you can pop out individual slices.

METHOD 2: Wrap whole loaf and freeze!

To Freshen Frozen (or staled!) Whole Loaf: Fully defrost, then run defrosted loaf under water quickly and pop into a preheated 350F - 375F oven, uncovered. This helps with recreating that crusty crunch - trust me!
